Last week the kids had their Christmas program for CC, which was a lot of fun. My little class of girls did a fabulous job, and S & C did a great job, too. Caleb was my little clingy shadow, and H was thrilled to be sitting with Grandma!
We got to decorate for Christmas, H & C were not as thrilled about seeing as I'd anticipated. Lights, ornaments, the whole shebang should have just wowed them, or so I thought. Now, it's keeping hands off the pretties!
Caleb has been entertaining us with his carols. "Jingle bells...on a farm it is to ride in a one horse ony say." "We wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy menu!"
H's version of Jingle Bells is "Janna nall," which she will sing over and over.... She's enjoying all the pretty lights we see on houses. She's always enjoyed lights being on in our house and thanks me for turning them on, so when she sees houses decorated, she thanks me really enthusiastically! She's learning that it's to celebrate Jesus.
That's all for today. Have a great one!
